The most recent and significant transactions include:

• AllMerus Energy Ltd. advised a project developer on the formation of a joint venture with an international institutional investor for the development, construction and operation of 3 GW on-shore wind in Scotland in 2021/2022.

   

• AllMerus Energy Ltd. advised a project developer on structuring the sale of project rights in a 700 MW PV development portfolio in Germany to a strategic investor in 2023/2024.

   

• AllMerus Energy Ltd. principal acted as board member and investor in a waste-to-energy development company.  Two 50MW projects in the UK reached financial close in 2021 and 2022, with both currently under construction.
